Visuwords – Visualizing Word Relationships

If you’ve ever wanted to be able to see word relationships then you need to visit Visuwords.

Visuwords™ online graphical dictionary — Look up words to find their meanings and associations with other words and concepts. Produce diagrams reminiscent of a neural net. Learn how words associate.

Type in a word like ‘think’ and let it run. I can play with this association engine for hours on end. It uses Princeton’s Wordnet combined with a visualization tool.

  1. OOOOww I love this thingee. It’s great fun. :D
Ahem and I’m sure it will be a very useful tool too.

  2. DG

Isn’t that a great time-waster? No wonder you like it. ; ) It also contains an idea generator but unless you’re a word geek it might not be apparent.
